Shipping & Returns


Shipping times vary based on item. Please allow 3-5 days for prints to be mailed and up to 2 weeks for original paintings to be packaged and mailed. Halelo Studio only offers shipping within the United States at this time. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Signature is required for delivery. 

Free local hand delivery is available for customers located on the island of Maui, with the exception of those in East Maui. Please email me at to arrange delivery. 


I want you to love your new painting! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me at within 5 days of delivery of your artwork. Artwork must be return shipped within 3 days after you email me about returning the artwork. Sorry, no refunds after these dates have passed. 

Item must be in original condition and appropriately packaged for safe return, ideally in the same packaging as received. For return shipping, I require tracking information and insurance for the purchase amount. Artwork that is damaged during return shipping cannot be refunded, so please be sure to appropriately package the artwork and insure the artwork for the purchase amount with the carrier. Please email with the tracking information once shipped. 

For artwork damaged during shipping to the buyer, please take a photo of the damaged package (prior to opening the package) and a photo of the damaged artwork and email to within 5 days of delivery. I will be in touch with you on next steps. We are unable to offer refunds on artwork that is damaged after delivery. 

Once the artwork safely reaches me, I will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment (minus shipping costs) within 7-10 business days of receipt your return. Halelo Studio cannot guarantee receipt of the package. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
